Maintaining an online presence

Admittedly, I'm not the greatest at keeping track of my thoughts. I'm especially not great with presenting them on social media. I'm a pretty "live-in-the-moment" sort of person; I rarely take pictures, I've never kept a journal, and I can pretty much only manage one (maybe two) sort of "sharing" app at a time. Even having two accounts on Instagram (personal and business) is sometimes a bit much for my easily distracted brain. I tend to forgo one thing in favor of another, whether its either of my Instagram accounts, Snapchat, Facebook, Twitter (god help me, I think I've made only 4 or 5 bleak tweets in years), or things like this... blogs. I had a Tumblr account for maybe a week. I used Pinterest incessantly for maybe about 4 hours. I'm just not good at it. But, I'm going to try to be more open with my life, my work, my process, and my inspiration, because I really love when other people do it, and it's a fantastic way to actually connect with all of the people we constantly see through our screens.

I'm making this post as a sort of call-to-action for myself. A way to commit. Hopefully I'll be able to maintain this regularly. My goal is to make at least one update a week, whether it a story about something cool I've done, an instructional on the processes I use to create the things I create, words about selling online and general marketing frustrations, or whatever. So, thanks for following and looking! What would you guys like to see?
